Childbirth Education

We believe Childbirth Education is important for a few main reasons… let’s look at them:

  1. Discussing your pregnancy and birth can increase yours and your partner’s connection to the experience, building the bond of your growing family.

  1. Most people these days aren’t exposed to the realities of what brith can look and feel like. If you haven’t been, how would you know what to expect and what to prepare for?

  1. Lastly, if you don’t know your options, you have none. This one’s the golden reason in my books. Childbirth Education might be your first step in taking this experience into your own hands and making it what you want it to be.

Time and time again we’ve seen the difference our classes have made in couple’s level of confidence, fear and overall preparedness. This transformational process is what keeps us motivated to create the most dynamic and informative classes we can.

Our classes are designed to reflect us… fun and interactive ;). We will help you become as prepared and informed as you can be using a blend of discussion, videos, reading, activities and hands on practice, ensuring you finish the classes knowing how to implement everything you’ve learned. Of course we ensure our classes are updated regularly with current evidence based information – so you can rest assured you’re getting the most up to date content.
