Access to a sufficient supply of diapers is essential for the health of Kamloops & area infants and children.

...but too many families do not have the resources to adequately provide for this basic need.

This is a reality faced by many families in Kamloops and surrounding areas. Together as a community, we can provide some relief to families who need it the most.

Let's talk about Diaper Need...

An infant uses up to 12 diapers a day, a toddler up to 8 per day. A healthy change of diapers costs $80.00/month or more per child

Diaper need is the struggle to provide babies and small children with clean diapers. It may include having to cut back on other essentials.

Diaper need contributes to perpetuating poverty and the pandemic has only increased diaper need across the country

All donations collected through the Kamloops Diaper Drive will be donated to existing service providers and organizations that have direct experience and expertise working with Kamloops families in need of such support.
