We believe prenatal education is important for many reasons. Here are a few…

  • Spending time focusing on your pregnancy and birth can increase yours and your partner’s connection to the experience, building the bond of your growing family.
  • Exposure to birth is fairly limited for most people until we have our own children. Social media and Grey’s Anatomy are not reliable sources for the how’s, when’s and why’s of real birth. Prenatal education is where you can fill that gap.
  • If you don’t know your options, you have none. Prenatal education classes might be your first step in taking this experience into your own hands and making it what you want it to be – from an educated, informed place.

Time and time again we’ve seen the difference prenatal education has made in couple’s levels of calm, confidence and preparedness for the birth, postpartum and parenting experiences to come.

Our classes teach you what you need to know with a dynamic blend of lecture, discussion, videos and hands on practice. We’ll work to ensure you finish feeling calm, confident and ready, leaving fear and the unknown behind.
