Prenatal Self Care & Spa Night

January 7th - 7-8:30pm @ No Limits Yoga Studio

Come unwind, relax & connect with yourself, your baby and others on the same journey as you!

The evening will include:

- A mini spa treatment

- A crystal singing bowl healing session

- A 20 minute calming prenatal yoga practice

- A guided relaxation session

Plus: every attendee will get a prenatal gift bag and be entered into a giveaway with amazing prizes!

Tickets are $20 and all funds raised will go directly to the Kamloops Women’s Shelter!
